Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is shared between Elycura and the courier.
While we cannot control carrier operations, we will assist you in resolving delivery related concerns whenever possible.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check nearby locations or contact the local courier office.
  • Lost or stolen packages may require a formal investigation or claim with the shipping provider.
  • If an item arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and notify us promptly with photos.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy
